 Description

In the given case, I was a member of groups which was tasked with making sure that the learning

associated with the presence of digital transformation was applied to the chosen topic in the given

case I was managing information systems and transformations, and the chosen aspect to be focused

on in the given case was Artificial Intelligence (AI). This has been reflected with the help of blog

writing associated with 5 weeks, where each of the team members had contributed with each week

focusing on information systems usage and critique of the chosen papers. My role in the given team

has been to gather data and conduct analysis based on the same.

Feelings

Before starting this activity, I was not very sure about the task as I was unsure about the associated

activities as I did not know how to relate AI with transformation and the presence of detailed

business operations. I also had little experience working in teams and had no experience of team

communication. As the activity progressed, I was more sure, and peer feedback helped me in

improving further. I also had little idea associated with reflection, but now I am more capable of

conducting the reflection as I have an idea about using the Gibbs reflective cycle. Also, with the

presence of a competent team bonding, I was able to work efficiently within the given case as well.

Evaluation

The presence of a holistic view of the simulation associated with the information systems in the

given case has helped me in making sure that I can now understand the presence of the full scope of

change. Along with this, the help of competent background research associated with this has helped

me in understanding how aspects like AI can be used in explaining the changes and transformation.

However, my observations have also noted that the presence of AI alone in information systems can

not definitively help in making sure that the associated outcomes are now improved. Also, the

presence of summation in every case might not be accessible due to technical issues, thereby

limiting its usage.

Analysis

The use of simulation associated with the presence of the digital transformation process has helped

me in experiencing the professional practices, which can be applied in the future as well. In the

given case, the simulation has helped me in presenting the holistic view associated with the changes

which can be implemented. However, the simulation falls short when it comes to being definite in

verifying that the outcomes have improved the efficiency. After weeks of the given activity with the

help of my team, I had identified my specific role in the digital transformation process, and the

given experience can help me in future professional practices.

Conclusion

The presence of team activity helped me identify the impact of AI in information system

transformation and how it can be used in improving the process. While initially I had little

experience of working in a team and had no idea about team communication, the gradual working

helped me in developing the right skills to work in teams. While the simulation went great, I noticed

some drawbacks associated with the presence of the same. This indicates the need for further

business-related improvements, and I had noted that the presence of AI alone can not be sufficient

in ensuring business transformation success. Hence, additional research in the given case is

required to make sure that the simulation is right and to the point.
