exploration of cloud computing
The article is based on the exploration of cloud computing that is responsible for the
transformation of entrepreneurship, managing the cost structure and data security (Kishor, 2023).
The digital transformation has shifted the behaviour of the global customers, which has compelled
the entrepreneurs to restructure their business plans in the global competitive market. This also
focuses on the transmission of society into Society 5.0 through the implementation of human-
centric approaches of the organisation. This accelerates the integration of the data security and
traditional system of business operations that encourages the compliance of automation and
human critical thinking to enhance the organisation's productivity in the future. Cloud computing
helps to minimise the hindrance of firms by reducing the scalability and flexibility so that the
business firms can be capable of installing the advanced technologies without any prompt
investment in resources. The reduction of the manufacturing cost of the production may lead to the
introduction of automation and cloud technologies that ensure the product development and
strategic marketing advantage.
The cloud computing technology ensures team collaboration along with the provision of
remote work, resulting in increased organisational productivity. The improved production also
requires global talent acquisition based on the requirements of the business firm. Moreover, the
global organisation are transforming their investment cost into operational cost and expense for
the use of technologies in the production procedure. In addition, the cloud computing systems are
focusing on the reduction of the cost spent on resource allocation. Due to the technology
dependency, the business firms achieved the goals of the companies regarding sustainable use of
the resources, ensuring the optimal use of resources without wasting. Security risk is regarded as
one of the major threats to the cloud computing system, which focuses on the knowledge and
awareness regarding the technology.
Mismanagement of the technology can lead to the occurrence of technological disruption
due to the loss of data. The theft of data can be used in unethical activities, leading to financial
losses for the customers as well as the business institutions. This contributes to the reputational
damage of a firm and the consequent economic shrinkage in the global market. In other words,
efficient management can enhance the capability of the cloud technology while turning into a
disadvantage in the context of mismanagement and ineffective managerial practices. The risk
factors in the developing countries and the small and medium-sized entrepreneurs (SMEs) are
avoided in the study. However, the regulatory and legal complexities are not reflected in the
following study, which can be taken into consideration in researching a broader view regarding
cloud computing. The cost of installation, along with the maintenance cost, is not focused which can
explore a new horizon in the particular segment. The analysis of the article is large and descriptive
in nature. The inclusion of case studies and data-driven sources can increase the strengths of the
outcomes of the research and its arguments. Hence, it is evident from the discussion that cloud
computing requires proper management in implementing this into the organisation's operations to
ensure the growth of the business firms.
